By Placing An Order With Us (Fat Needle), You (The Customer) Agree With The Terms Set Out In This Policy.

Fat Needle accepts returns within 10 days of receipt provided the product(s) meets the following criteria: It must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging in which it was received.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you face any issues with our products, such as manufacturing errors, printing defects, product damage, or receiving the wrong item, we may offer a refund or free replacement at our discretion. To qualify for a refund, please provide photographic evidence of the received product(s) and a written summary of the issue within 10 days of receipt. Our customer service team will review the evidence submitted to determine the eligibility for a refund or free replacement.

If it is found that a customer intentionally damaged any items after delivery, their claim for damage will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not refund shipping costs. In case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
